Crunchy Pecan Chicken


4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 teaspoon honey mustard
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt


Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Brush top of each chicken piece with one teaspoon honey mustard. In a small bowl, mix together pecans, breadcrumbs, butter, and salt. Sprinkle nut mixture evenly over chicken. Bake in 400° F. oven 30 minutes or until chicken is browned and fork tender.
