Easy Baked Chicken


1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts, skinned
1/2 cup bottled fat-free Italian dressing
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon margarine, melted


In shallow non-metallic container, place Italian dressing. Add chicken, turning to coat on all sides. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer. In shallow container, mix together bread crumbs, salt, and paprika. Remove chicken from marinade allowing excess dressing to drain off. Place chicken, one or two pieces at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to coat on all sides. Place chicken on foil lined baking pan. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake in 375° F. oven 50 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork tender.
