Asian Glazed Thighs

Ingredients:

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
3 tablespoons sliced green onion, divided
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
vegetable cooking spray
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Preparation:

In small bowl, make sauce by mixing together 2 tablespoons onion, soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, lime juice, lime peel, and hot pepper flakes; set aside. Spray large, nonstick frypan with cooking spray; add canola oil and heat to medium high temperature. Add chicken and cook, turning, about 12-15 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, one minute. Add reserved sauce, turning chicken to coat well. Cook over medium heat about three minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and remaining green onion.
